Marketing & Assets Submission

Gallery/business logo and branding assets (high-res, at least 240 - 300 DPI, JPEG or PNG)

3–6 high-res images per featured artist or current show (JPEG or PNG)

Artist bios and statements (PDF or Word, ideally under 500 words)

Website and/or sales page links (include your preferred landing page for our promotions, if any)

Press materials or past coverage (optional, any format)

What types of art or products do you primarily sell? (e.g., paintings, sculptures, digital art, prints, home decor)

Are there specific works, artists, or products you’d like us to prioritize? (Write on separate page if you need more space)

Visibility Preferences

How would you like to be showcased through Collector Connect? Check all that apply

Newsletter spotlight (shared: brief mention; featured: in-depth profile in our 500+ and growing daily subscriber newsletter)

Business/corporate pitch opportunities (e.g., pitching to local businesses for art placements or partnerships)

Event-based in-person promotion (3–6 events per quarter minimum, e.g., First Fridays, Cultural Events)

Video Scheduling

When would you prefer us to schedule your monthly video shoot? (Videos take up to 14 days to produce and are 2–4 minutes, e.g., artist interviews, show previews)
